Enter the information for the business issuing the quotation. Include your company name, address, telephone number, email address or any other business information you want your customer to see.
A quotation number is generated automatically. Select your preferred currency and enter the Issue Date and Valid Until date. Make sure the validity date gives your customer enough time to review the quotation.
Enter the customer or company receiving the quotation. You can include the customer's name, company name, address, telephone number and email address.
Add each product or service that you want to include in the quotation. Enter the description, quantity and unit price. You can also enter a discount percentage for individual items.
Use the Add Product / Service button whenever you need additional rows.
The quotation automatically calculates the subtotal, applicable discounts and Grand Total as you enter your products and prices. Review these amounts carefully before generating your quotation.
Use the Notes & Terms section for important information such as payment requirements, delivery information, quotation validity, installation details, warranty information or other business conditions.
Once everything has been checked, select Generate PDF. Your completed quotation will open in a print-ready format. From your browser's print window, choose Save as PDF to save a digital copy or select your printer to print the quotation.
The generator calculates each item's discount based on the quantity, unit price and discount percentage entered.
The individual item totals are then combined to calculate the quotation's Subtotal, Total Discount and Grand Total.
